energy suspension body mounts question

on the 2 rear body mounts, what do i have to use that is stock?

it doesnt appear that i need to keep anything, even the metal plates.

im also putting in an ord 1" while im at it so i have all the new bolts and stuff

when i replaced my body mounts all the rear factory stuff got tossed in the trash and i just used all the new polyurethane stuff

I kept the metal plates, since the bumper support bolts to it.
