Anyone recommend a complete engine bolt set? Or can point me to a guide of what size bolts go where? Need to pick up some new ones along with taps to clean threads out.

What exactly are you looking for? Small block Chevy? ARP makes some real nice kits, but no one has a perfect kit for you, as there are so many variables. Different valve covers means different bolts. Headers means different bolts. Different accessories different bolts. One of the kits can get you close, but you will have to purchase some things per need/want.
I'm really just looking for a top end set. I'm getting ready to tear the top end down for a head swap and given the condition of everything else on this truck I want to make sure I have fresh bolts.
