engine going in, header ?

I am ready to drop in my engine and was wandering.....I bought headman headers, should I put them on before or after I dropin the engine? Just looking for the easiest way.
Its an '84.

Yeah,, it will be easier IF the motor will fit in with them on. I put mine in with Afterburner headers on.. had to tilt and wiggle a bit to get it in,, but it went.

Ok, well I guess i'll just try it with them on first and if it dont fit, i'll just take em off. What the hell, it's just time right? heh
