Engine Problems????

Ok so I have been searching and searching and I cant find the info I am looking for.

So here is my problem, when I rev up the engine it spits out black soot from the exhaust(both sides) and also there is some liquid (maybe gas???). Is it a carb problem? I have a stupid Edelbrock 1406 carb. I just replaced the PCV and fuel filter today and cleaned the air filter.

Oh yea its a 350/700/208, edelbrock intake and carb, stock exhaust manifolds, dual exhaust, flowmaster muffler (not sure which series).

I have a comp tester. sounds like carb/tuning issue to me. Let me know if ya want to run by here.

Awesome thanks guys I am down here in Littleton and I have to do my new ORD tie rod (they were not kidding when they said beefy!!!) and ujoints and probably ball joints while I am at before I can drive it but after all that I will def take you guys up on the offer. Thanks!!
