Need some help on getting a makeshift engine run stand setup. I plan to set the engine on a wood pallet with blocks under the engine and then strap it down to keep it from moving. This is for a break in run and I don't want to have to go all out for a stand just need something temporary. But I need some help figuring out what I need as far as wiring to make it work. This is for a carbed, hei engine with mech fuel pump stock exhaust manifolds with y-pipe and muffler. I have a good battery, a 10 gal gas tank, a generic ignition switch, oil/water/volt guage set, a tach, a radiator and shroud . Not sure if I need anything else, or really how to wire everything up to run.
