Engine swap in a 90 K5, what would you do?

I am getting ready to swap a used crate engine in my K5. It has about 60k on it and ran good when pulled. I am going to put a 1 piece oil pan gasket in it, new valve cover gaskets, along with a new rear main seal. I'm going to rebuild the tbi unit also. I am planning to do a tune up with new cap, rotor, plugs, wires, and coil. I have a few ideas on what I am planning to run but curious as to what brand of tune up parts everybody else would run? Can't go wrong with MSD, Accel is ok too. I've never dealt with Hypertech, so I couldn't tell you on that one. In my experience, with plugs, you're better off sticking to a stock type AC Delco plug. Can't remember the model number off hand....something something 45rts or something....

Ok, it was R45TS, I was close. I got mine off ebay, got 24 of them for less than what you'd spend on 8 of those rapid fires. Here's a good deal for you...Ebay Auction I'd go with that, unless someone else has some different advice for you.
