well the other day after wheeling i was checking my truck over, and decided to take it for a drive. It fired up normaly so i continued on. 2 mins into driving i noticed it was smoking horribly and has a loud knocking noise from 1k to 3k rpm (probably more but my exhaust covers it up /forums/images/graemlins/doah.gif). So i crawled underneath and only the passenger side pipe is smoking and under the hood only the driver side is knocking /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif. I have no idea what it could be, i was thinking because i have bad oil pressure it wasnt getting enough oil to the top end, so i think i tore a lobe off my cam? any suggestions? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
