I need some help please! I have been away from the K5 scene for about 3 years. I am interested in purchasing a blazer again and lifting it, but things have changed for me since I owned one. I have issues with my knees and shoulder due to accidents. I need to hear from K5 owners that have 4-6" of lift running 37" tires. I need to know the distance from the ground to the door sill surface. Any info would be appreciated.

Layne, long time man:D, too bad nobody replied to your post.- How's things going? Good here, building a buggy, out-driving the K-5 buggy, time for a change. What's Steve been up to?

To answer your question, a 6" lift on my 75 gets about 34-35" to the door sill with 37.5's

Fred,

Thanks for the reply. Things have been going well. Steve is building a house right now, going crazy. I have been helping when I can, but my work keeps me busy. I am trying to get another K5, but might have to keep it mild this time. Good luck with the Buggy.
