EPA after 474 counties

Our county is on there. I guess I'll have to retrofit to a later, cleaner running engine on my beater.

My closest city, Altoona, PA (13 miles away), is on there. We just got emissions checks in this county in feb. But for vehicles made between 1975 and 1996 it is only a visual inspection. I just dropped 400 bones for the parts needed to get my 86 blazer inspected.

I can say this citation caca is over. I contested the case and my citation was withdrawn. I did have to comply and put all my smog cr@p back on, but it beats the $300.00

ARQ.

that is bull, we have had higher emission requirements than most fo the counties in PA for many years and they are trying to say we have a problem. I mean Bucks county has emissions testing, where as at least one place on that list is a big city that doesn't have testing at all! If anything our crap is stuff that blows up from Philly.
