not much at Crutchfield, and I'm not up on the latest stuff... I have a project in mind... strictly looking for the bling, a good LED.setup... don't care much about the sound processing, that's just a plus..

a good head unit will have a setting for the eq and willl have all the cool lights and other settings, with the whole face a screen... mine in my hd has 6 different screens, like race cars going around the track , dolphins swimming, 2 guages for the eq, grand father clock...etc.....pioneer has come a long way...

If it's strictly visual...

Just tossing out ideas... carputer running a media player (for all kinds of media) with a good visualization theme running.

LED dB indicator...

Or just be a man and mount a 19" wide spectral analyzer in the center of your dash.

I don't know... something like that could get really distracting/annoying really quickly.

hmmm, just noticed this is in the wrong forum probably....

What I'm really looking for is to remote mount LED's from an spectrum analyzer... And EQ probably confused the question... I just remembered having a spectrum analyzer in my home EQ years ago.. built-in display stuff, head units, etc aren't going to be able to be remote mounted.. I'd probably build one first from the tutorals I've read with Radio Shack type components or something...

With running a pc, I'll be able to do some cool stuff on-screen.. But this was more of an idea for a remote mount kinda thing... individual lights... an idea I came up with years ago and always wanted to try and do...

Yeah, sounds like a one-off custom deal is in order... that's just one more thing you'll have to fab.
