You sure its a 44 center? Looks like a thick ring gear too. Closed knuckle king pin. Does it have planetaries? Whats in the green "Drum"?

And take it apart. If its out of a forklift i bet it has cv style joints.

No idea what its from,,but that thing would be perfect for a homemade tractor, already narrowed and has half the chassis welded right to it...:waytogo:

No brakes? Looks fork lift-ish to me. But not with locking hubs. Wtf? For sure
It appears to have a brake line fittng on top of the knuckles so Im gonna say it does

Its 5:89 geared so the ring gear will be thicker and the pinion smaller,or least it seems to me that that would be right.Im not possitive on anything but it looks/is shaped like a 44.No planetaies and I assume it is a drum.I'll have it apart sometime today and will get more pics.

Looks to have jeep 5 lug pattern. Is that hydrolic steering as well. Looks almost like a forklift front end from really old style but in great shape. Never sen anything like it though. Looks tough.

That tube coming out of the top of the knuckle looks like the vent tube that most closed knuckles frontends have it could be a steering axle for an all terrain lift truck we have a all terrain lift truck on the farm with locking hubs but ours used toyota axles
