I've looked for the ESC wire for about an hour and cant find it, Ive looked through the section behind the distributor for a a dozen times. And just for general knowledge, What is the white wire with the female connector coming off the second coil harness for?

that is tach wire, IIRC, should be over by where the wires come out of the inside by the brake booster

The ESC wire is a single brown wire located near the brake booster.

Might help if you posted what year and kind of truck you have.
There are at least 3 different locations for the timing bypass wire that I know of.
1. By the brake booster on Blazers and subs with SFA
2. On the firewall passenger side toward the center. Early model IFS trucks
3. Under the glove box on passenger side. Later model TBI IFS trucks, tahoe, sub
