These different versions of trucks that have been shown here are very likely to be the real thing with no enhancement.. There are a lot of different versions of the same vehicles that we have in this country.. For different reasons what appeals and sells in this country don't appeal well to people else where.. I'm glad that you found these pics it is always good to see different trucks 
On a side note I have messed with 3 wheelers over the years and belong to a message board that deals with them.. The production of 3 wheelers in this country ended in 1986 and there was not supposed to be any more produced after that date.. Just like these rare trucks we have found proof that there were in fact Honda and Kawasaki 1987 and 1988 3 wheelers in other countries some in Canada and Europe.. A few of them even had some different features and looks just like these trucks here..
