I bought this Snap On drive bit kit a couple years ago. Really didn't NEED it but it had locking pins instead of the regular ball to hold a socket on. These are MANDATORY in ALL levels of assembly at my company. So I bought it for work mainly. But when we were told to take all personal tools home since they were supplying all tools I did just that.

Now I have this small tote of bits like everyone probably has. It was enough, but now I had this kit too. I also have some small pin chucks and a chuck that fits in a impact screw gun. So I modified it to accept this chuck and a flex extension too which it didn't have in the kit. I figured out what I could move to another location in the kit, and without it being loose in the lid so when I went to close it, it would just fall out.

I had to figure out the only location to fit the extension in. And it would not fit INSIDE the case. But I got it in. Only in a cool place inside the case itself. Then I had to make a plug to fit so it would not fall out. I drilled the holes so it was shug to get the flex extension in and out, but not too hard to. It came out pretty good, and the chuck snaps in place too. Highly recomment this kit especially for a cordless impact driver. I made the plug so it would snap in place too. It's not water tight or anything but necessary I think and looks cool too. And it's yellow so you see it.

Pics of the plug. I had to press in a spacer and washer to swell it so it would pop in place just right. Works great.
