Here are a couple of pics of my new exhaust. 3" tubing is a pain in the butt to route! Did the hardest side first now its the easy side next. Quick pick of my new starter too.

Are you planning on any sort of heat shield between the pipe and the fuel lines? 3" single I'm assuming?

Very nice and also similar to what I'm looking to do. Please post up a video for sound when you're done. :pimp:

i have had both dubble and single muffler setups with flowmasters.

i love the single sound over the dubble. and if you want 2 tails just get single in and dubble out.

i like 50 series muffler sound.

what series did you get ?

and why did you crossover to the otherside around the tcase ? ? ?

what did you use for the ypipe ? i got a flowmaster 2.5" inlet to 3" outlet ypipe kit for when i make mine.

3" duel exhaust looks like to me.

I got the 50 series and it is a dual 3" inlet and single 3.5" outlet. I have always liked the flowmaster sound. We didn't use the y-pipe since its a dual inlet and we had to snake the tubing down the frame rail then under the tcase cause that's the only place it would go. The other tubing is going down the other frame rail to the muffler, which by the way is huge! There were not many locations to mount it.

I will for sure try to get some sound clips up for you guys, might have to borrow a video camera though. I might actually get to start up the new motor in a couple of weekends I hope.

Yeehaa, look forwaard to it, don't get the camera too close, it makes it sound weird, kinda garbled, good luck man :D

That motor in that Vid is nasty. BTW the routing looks good. I have a original 40 in mine single in dual out and it sound beastly but its loud as hell inside.

loud inside is why i went to 50 series.

basicly the same outside but lot less inside.

and nice video. but to many fancy mufflers.

needs a reg old 350 test engine and run from super 44 to 70 series so we can tell. most of us dont use the fance hush power stuff.

Nice video, I liked it. I went with the 50 series to keep the sound down inside the blazer. Lets hope it works, its a built 496 so its going to be loud either way I guess

So, pretty much finished up the exhaust today, just one more hanger after the muffler and were good to go! :D
