i need pics of 87-91 tbi 4x4 burbs with daul exhaust,my motor is almost in and of coarse i had to put headers on it (stock manifolds cracked,new ones are tooooooooooo much money,no good ones a jy) also how did you strectch the 02 sensor wire

I just cut it, and spliced in wire with heat shrink butt connectors. I took mine to an exhaust shop and had them just bend it up for me. Mine is 2.5" from the collectors back. I have 3" dual cutouts behind the transfer case, and Flowmaster mufflers.

I had smashed the case on one of my cheapo mufflers on it, so I found these used 2.5" Flowmasters from a friend for $20.

I did just dump the exhaust at the rear axle previously, but it was louder inside than I liked, so I installed tail pipes as well.

Here is another pic from when I swapped in the 14bff.
