Exhaust to close to filter?

Seems pretty close to me?

more room than gm did on some truck/suv engines from factory . they ran the driver side over to the pass side right behind the rear of the pan and when the rear pointing drain plug was removed the oil will drain back on to the pipe and fan out all over the place .

Yea I looked at some pics on the net and I was just being paranoid. Lol here's the other side too.

Close to the starter. But I'm going to wrap exhaust wrap around each side.
