Other than Reunel, who makes expedition-quality bumpers? I saw one that looks nice in a recent issue of Four Wheeler (same ish where Turtle V got fender flares) mounted on a Dakota. Does anyone have that issue/remember who made that bumper?

Reunel made that one too. It's the same people on the turtle expedition and the dakota. They are very consistant and stick with what works even if it does cost a ton!!

Buddy

I've got my dream truck and it's a 72 K-5 that is getting there!!

What about 82 with turn signals in front bumper

fredd, do you know off the top of your head what the width between the framerails (at the very front) is?? I'm at school and can't measure it since it's at home, thanks, Pete

Have been stuck (once) as of 8/12/00

No, the bumper on the Dakota camper was made by someone else. It was a longer name, like Janssen or some such thing. It wasn't as heavy-looking as the Reunel, with beveled lower faces and tapered sides.

Fred,

Would you sell your front bumper in a weld up kit form I like the design, but I need something to weld in my welding class in college.

Nail It!!!!

So how much would a bumper like the one on your vendor page cost...Am really intersested.

Thanks,

Greg

even the 78 was a quality rig... with a Chevy engine installed of course.

A mechanic I used to have said that the ideal truck would be a mid 70's vintage ford truck with Chevy running gear.
