I have an extra block. 4 bolt main. I'm thinkin about buildin a 383 out of it and completing it (heads etc) and maybe selling it. Is it worth it??? can I sell a 383 for much?

Nope not worth it at all.
Honestly there isnt much worth building a selling now a days unless it requires an advance skill set.
