The '14 shirts seem to run a bit small but are a blend that doesn't shrink much. My wife normally wears a med and wears the ladies large. I usually wear an XL and these XLs fit like a regular cotton XL that's been washed a lot. And the sleeves are tighter than normal. The material is great, light and soft and breathes well.
