Can anything be done to a Dana 60 front to make it any stronger? I know stub shafts can be upgraded to 35 spline but is there anything else? Just wondering, thanks.

Just maybe add a truss but outside of that and the 35 spline outers and some custom inner shafts and good joints I can't see any need for it being stronger.

44 Boggers and a big block will snap and break Dana 60s. I can see lots of reasons to make them stronger. Depends all on his driving habits and set up.
