Would an extremely rich running motor cause the engine to miss fire and not want to start unless I put my foot on the skinny pedal about 1/4 throttle? It does spit out black smoke, at least 1 cylinder on each side of the motor. I need to have this truck ready to wheel in 2 weeks, actually less than that so I can test it out...I can use all the help I can get.
I think its the throttle body or injectors because even with ot without the electrical part of the injector plugeed in it will almost pour out fuel when I take the key out. you can see the top part of the cup thing that holds the injector fill up with gas when i know it shouldnt. this throttle body was just rebult, maybe I used the wrong parts or what but is it possible to just buy a new one, completely? if that is the problem?
