First up and a big thanks to Stomper for doing the work on these and spending the time, a direct benefit of our partnership and the first of many to come. Of course all done in house as usual!

EZ INCH!

This is a simple way to grab an extra inch of lift for that last little bit of clearance or to level up your rig. Setup for center, 1" and 1.5" axle offsets. Bolts to your spring pack just like and add a leaf but doesn't change the ride characteristics of your spring. Kit consists of all the components required for one axle. When ordered alone or with other smaller items can ship via flat rate US mail.

$33.00 per axle.

And a simple one for your fab projects,

90 gusset 2

Yeah ,its a 90 degree gusset. Yeah, it's 1/4" thick steel. No holes. No frills. Here's the good part, It's 90 CENTS! Yep, less than a buck. Might as well order a dozen and have a few on the shelf to support the fabrication addiction!!!

Both of these were just sent in for website updates so hopefully they'll be up pretty quickly.

Thanks for looking guys and until they are on the website you know how to reach us!

Ill be calling the shop tommorrow...so much for saving some money, lol

up on the website now. Suspension page for the EZ inch and misc. products for the gussets.

Thanks for looking.

can you get the zero rate thingies tapered?

Ordered two sets of EZ INCH, fast shipping, great product, good quality and came with hardware

Thanks guys for making the EZ inch as successful as it has been.

Gussets, we've added a 45 and a 60 with no holes to the line up and should be adding that to the website very shortly. 120's to come as well.

With the current fixturing its not doable. We are looking into alternatives though.

We will be adding this type of gusset to the website in a 45, 60, 120 and 135* angles.

Bringing it back to life... :D

Kert, do you have the ability to taper EZ Inch's now? I searched but came up empty, don't you offer something to offset the right side ubolt plate also?

His u-bolt plates have an angle built in to offset tapered shims? I saw the regular plates but no mention of anything different from the norm. :dunno:

Actually, the shims for the 60 front, we do a 3 piece kit which kicks the top spring plate back the same so the studs/bolts properly engage the spring plate.

As for the EZ inch at a degree, it depends on what you're after. If you need the full inch then we can't do it. If you are simply after a thicker shim, that's possible but depends on what degree you need. As far as offsetting the axle with the degree ez inch.... Again, thickness comes into play. There has to be enough meat left in the "EZshim" to keep the head of the bolt buried.

Well poop, I need an additional inch of lift but also need to shim the axle to correct bad caster. If it helps, I do NOT intend to move the axle at all as it's already 2" forward via a B52 setup.

Without a tapered EZ Inch my alternatives are stacking a shim on top of an EZ Inch or new front springs. I don't want to do either.

What degree?

I'm not sure yet. I just got some of your 6" shackles in the mail yesterday so I've got to get them on and then have the alignment checked.
