F@#d shock towers

I am having trouble getting my hands on a set of F-250 shock towers. I called my local Ford dealer and he quoted 90.00 each and special order. Are they for a two wheel drive or four wheel drive f-250? I might just have to make my own. Is their a place that I can order them from other than the dealership or salvage?

had the same problem use the part # 1980 Ford F-250 Shock Towers
Part number E5TZ-18183-A
they are $14.95 each or about got mine 6 months ago and had the same problem "whats it for" me "84 chevy blazer"

Are they for a 2 or 4 wheel drive F-250? Or does it matter?

just use the part # and get 2 the part # is for that exact tower for shock only and not the coil and shock tower

Thanks. I guess I will go haggle with the part's guy at ford again. Maybe this time I will get someone to help me that gives a #$%^. The other guy was not interested in the fact that I had a part number.

Thats how most parts guys are any more. they don't want to deal with the older stuff, because they don't know what it is or they don't know what your talking about
