F!@#$NG DEATH WOBBLE...I have tried ever fix from on this board.

No, the theory is that the power steering system is part of the oscillation known as death wobble. If you drive the steering gear backwards (from the pitman), the inertia of the steering column and steering wheel might be enough to twist the torsion bar a little bit. For example, if your wheels get kicked to the right by a pothole, this could be equivalent in the valve to a steering input to the left. As the system starts to go left, it could sense steering input to the right and so on, back and forth. If you take off the power steering belt, there is no hydraulic assist, so that part is taken out of the picture.

fixed it...

The toe was in just a little too much...I am now wobble free. I even took out the washers from the kingpins! I have no washers and no steering stablizer so I guess I can consider it solved... /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif THanks for the input gang.... Now I can put my hydro-assist on and go beat the pee outta it :-D

Did you have to take it to an alignment shop or do it your self. I was told to do it myself because an alignment shop can only adjust the toe on my D60.

Time to Hijack. I know the problem was solved, but now I have another question. Does anyone know the correct castor angle on a 60 or 44/10 bolt. I have posted up numerous times and have received no smart answer yet. If anyone knows that would be a great help. And "correct" means stock not after a 52 swap and it runs perfect.

Which one is castor? If it is the angle that the knuckle is laid back it is +8* from the factory for a Dana 60.
