F*rd question

I have a 1995 F*rd 1/2ton van. Well today it was snowing i took at righ turn and the left front tire was turned and it slid into a curb at about 20mph. now since i did that it pulls to the right pretty badly. What did i most likley f*ck up? sorryto ask here but i need to know cause its my daily driver. Any advice?

tires are less then 2 months old. hopefully i can use a lift in my friend shop tomorrow and i will hopefull be avle to see more

If it were a tire/wheel problem I think you'd be getting some wierd vibes from the steering wheel.
