Fabbing slave cylinder bracket

Does anyone have any pictures of factory bellhousing with with clutch slave cylinder attached.I have a manual bellhousing and would like to make a bracket for the slave cylinder.Anyone have pictures of brackets they made?

i think advanced adaptors makes a bracket look on their site, they probly have some pics of it
