Hey kirt how about a thread for new products might get ya some new ideas.
here is a start
tail gate of some sort, to match the tube doors
What happened to the rear a bomb
I still am in the market for a 2.5 or 2 inch shakle flip the 4 is just a little to high
Front long travel shock tower

That's kind of the direction the "grade 8" got a new build coming up thread has taken, which is good too.

Tailgate is cool!
Rear a bomb is languishing in the R and D dept. :doah:
short shackle flip...... Not sure about that one.
Shock towers we've talked about, Not really thrilled about the stresses they introduce to the frame. It'd require some type of hoop or some other support at the top side. Got some ideas but nothing firm.

I know of 4 guys looking into the 2.5 shackle flip 2 of us have the 4 and are looking to go down.
Can you incorporate the front c channel you sell from the b52 bracket in to the flip bracket so we have more holes to fine tune the shackle angle. It would require the other style shakle but im good with that.
The 4 just puts the springs below the gas tank and they seem to drag on alot of stuff.

Ya Kurt I think the 4" shackle flip is a bit too much for my application. A 2" would allow more arch in my spring.

I hope this is a maybe if so im in and do i get a r&d discount. Just kidding.
i just dont like the look of the ord no offence and think the multiple holes for shackle tuning would be great and i have not seen anyone make one yet.
To make it lower i looked at mine and i might be able to cut the lower lip off and slide it up and add a new lower lip.
How important is the lip wraping around the bottom was trying to think of a way where it could be adjustable up and down maybe 3 settings but that would make the lower lip hard to have on there.
I might buy that front 52 piece from ya and cut mine and see what happens.

Hey Kert, I was aslo looking for a shackle flip 2" or 2.5" height but like your shackle design. Any plans for a shorter version?

We looked at this somewhat briefly this weekend. Looking at current fixtures and deciding the best way to go about it with the different bushing placement is going to be a challenge. We'd definitely like to stay with our design if possible.

More to come. We're back to the timing game now. Incredibly busy and its always a priority at the shop to get products out the door to those that have dropped the cash.

and the need build's come on kirt we need this.
found a pic of sorts to work off of with 2 holes but youre front b52 set up would be way better.
