Is there a factory assembly manual for 2nd gen (73-91) blazers??? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

All I can find online is 67-72 /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

i have heard of some on ebay. they are close to a hundred bucks or so. do a search. there have been other discussions about factory manuals. and where to get them.

Factory repair manuals can be ordered from Helm Inc. These manuals are the same as the ones used by the dealer and are year specific. Be prepared to spend about $100~$125 for a set.

I just bought a really nice used one, for my 78 GMC Jimmy off ebay and it cost me $8 bucks. Just takes patience and you'll get one.

Look for reprints. I got mine for $40. They basically just dissected an old factory shop manual and reprinted the pages. Kinda neat to think that this greasy thumb print belonged to some mechanic at a dealership...there's even a few notes scribbled in pen that copied over as well.

I got a 1974 Chevy Light Duty Truck Service Manual and a 1976 Chevy Light Duty Truck Service and Overhaul Manual Supplement for $30 from Ebay. Not a dirty fingerprint on them (when I bought them).

1991 factory r/v wiring diagram
1991 GM parts catalog

IIRC thats everything I got. It was 28lbs of books.

Where did you get yours? I've got 2 91's so I'll be buying a set of books soon and $35 sounds much better than $100+. /forums/images/graemlins/ears.gif

Find someone who dun't need 'em no more. I think I talked him down from like $90-$100 bucks. There is allot of material there, I don't think I remembered everything I got and I'm too lazy to take an inventory. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
