Factory oil cooler - mount bolt sizes & gasket?

I picked up an OEM cooler from another CK5'er -

I need the mounting bolts, though. Can anyone tell me the P/N for the mounting bolts or their sizes/length/thread pitch? I also understand the adapter uses perhaps a o-ring/gasket combo - any info on the correct part for that?

The bolts for mounting the adapter to the block are 5/16"-18 and IIRC 3 1/2" long. Yes there is a gasket and O-ring and your local parts store sells a seal/gasket kit for that.

2. Mounting bolt - GM P/N 09421634 (you will need two)
