A guy asked me to make him an offer on a factory rollbar from a 72 CST... I need a roll bar but not really happy with the look of that one but may grab it to get by for awhile so I can get a bimini top. Thanks for any help.

fwiw, the factory didn't offer rollbars until '74.
Now a *dealer* may have installed it so may be as-new ... but it's still aftermarket
if it'll fit your truck, $50-100 depending on condition is prolly about as much as you should go.

That is what I was figuring....I am going to check out what he has as far as parts go.... I think he has a guage cluster with factory tach and other odds and ends...then he is scraping the truck on Monday

Hey dremu, not true. The factory did offer roll bars as an order only option on later first generation Blazers. My 72 Blazer has a *FACTORY* roll bar. It was ordered from the factory with it. I know the original owner who is my fathers best friend and he confirms that the truck showed up at the dealership with the roll bar already in place.
