I think you posted a link to your Craigslist search. I don't see a roof rack on there.

I've seen those occasionally; I'd hafta dig through the RPO list, but I think that's a factory installed thing.
I've mostly seen (and had) the dealer-installed one. See http://brochures.slosh.com/1975/accessory9.jpg

Yeah that 3 bar rack is factory I'm almost positive. They are in the brochures as well. I think those luggage carriers were dealer installed GM options. I have one on my '76 and even have one NOS in the box.
I haven't seen too many of those 3 bar racks in person though. Maybe one or two.
