factory tach replacement board

My factory tach got a little burned one day. I got it out now, but I don't know if the board on the tach is useable. There are some burned capacitors on it. Does anyone know if there are replacement boards out there for these. It's a 79 BTW.

I've been told tachman.com can fix them but don't know if they offer diy parts.

tach man has better updated boards that work much better than stock.
