We can take care of all that in an afternoon.
Get the brackets from Gravelmaker (i think) in the vendor forum. They are just like my SKY brackets except lots cheaper. IMHP the best design.

Get a PS belt that is 1" longer and index the pump up away from the frame, easy. Might also need another longer belt too....I can;t remember if you have the single or dual PS belts? Dual would be better so keep it if you have it.

Also, when do you want to do the spider swap? I could weld them up anytime and bring them down.

We can do that anytime just need to empty my old oil cans so we have somewhere to drain. I am just working around the house right now. Do we need to pull the shafts or can we get the roll pin out without pulling the carrier?

I have to belts but I think that with the adjustment I have in the ac I can just change the short belt.

Not sure on the pinion pin? I always remove the carrier and change the seals just as a preventative measure. Mine are leaking again....
Either way it is an easy job other than your K5 does not fit in the garage anymore.

Let me know what day I should stop by after work for beer,.....I mean wrenching. I will try to get the spiders done this week, but I have been so busy doing home improvment/truck improvment stuff that I might not get it done. Will try.

I will have to clear with the wife Friday is prolly a nogo cause we are gonna be dealing with the realtor and the bank. But anyday next week during the week should be good. I have to get Morgen from school around 4 but other than that I am free all day. I think I am gonna remove my short belt and then see how far I can rotate the ps pump and then get a short belt that will fit. I guess I can measure the length with some of the Parachute cord I have. I have never replaced the inner seals and I dont think mine are leaking. How hard is it? I think we can make the truck fit in the garage by letting air out of the tires but there is a lot of **** in there now:doah: .

I gotta go pick up CC and Sub from chvyhs in the next weekend or so. You can roll along if ya want. Liable to be a bumpy ride if I end up driving the F-700 tho. Pendleton area I think. Gonna be interesting trying to get 1 truck on the truck and 1 on the trailer. Then then fun begins as far as building my wheeler. I'd rather be wheeling than building!!! Gotta get $ together and go buy my 6.5 TD in Phoenix. Anyone wanna give me deposits on 60s I may never get? :D :haha:

Yo, Roz...Mel sez we're invited to Zach's BDay the 11th...wanna roll up and pick up my junkers that weekend?

The wheel wells are rough but it looks just about where mine are cut now plus full convertable kicks ass:D . Where did you pick that up?

Any input on hitting corral canyon on Sunday? I have not heard back from Brian he and I are also going to weld my front sometime and hit it again to see how it does:D .

Ira

I would love to go but I don;t think that it will work on the 11th.
I looked in my garage for the spiders and could not find them. Not really a suprise though.

I am going to head over to my storage today and look there as I know that I did not throw them out. Also need to find the rest of the parts for my tailgate as I hate the ratchet strap I have on there now.

If I find the spiders I will try to get them welded this weekend and we could install them next week. How is Monday? It might work for me.

Any day next week is fine with me. If we weld the front next week maybe Saturday we can hit Corral Canyon. That would be 10th of June:D . You mentioned the 11th but I am talking about this sunday the 4th of June. Either way I am gettin itchy to hit the trail again and get some good pics.:D

Who knows maybe we can get some pics to submit for the calendar this year:D .

I have all the parts somewhere just cant find them. I just bought the latches from a member here and was all excited to fix the stupid thing when I realised that I can't find the two rods that go from the handle to the latches. Hopefully they are in storage...

And that right there is the only problem with having so many parts:D
