favorite color on a K5?

I disagree. My truck has never seen mud. At least not as a color.

Yeah that was my buddy's '02 or '03. He loved it till the tranny crapped out. He has a pathfinder for a daily driver now. It (the X-terra) did O.K. for stock after he put B.F.G. All-Terrains on it, but after blowing the tranny and me pulling him out countless times (before the B.F.G's) he decided he wants something more set up for offroad instead of killing his main transportation

I like how he cleaned off the emblem like we wouldn't figure out what it was hahaha

i think u can see that...if u zoom in on it u will see that truck looks muddy, but only the dark blobs are actual mud, the other is painted on truck with a mixture of flat gray and brown..hahahaa...its a blazer frame w/truck cab and lwb bed cut down

that's what i think, for the most part, but if i had a first gen, i'd restore it, might still lift it for looks, but i don't think i'd wheel it. they're getting too rare, at least in my area. I'd probably do the same thing with a second-gen full 'vert. make it a nice cruiser. but my 82 or any other half-cab model...yeah that gets to see action. more of them around and they can hit the trail bone-stock (they don't allow full 'verts where i go unless you have a roll-cage). i'd feel really bad about trashing one of the older ones, since they're getting rare.

oh, and i like white. but mine looks better since i added black to the rocker panels

i painted it by tearing masking paper to give the edges and slinging paint(mixture of gray&brown) did it so you couldn't tell when it was dirty..
