I will be linking out the rear in my truggy soon and will be looking to get rid of my current leaf setup; which contains the following.

ORD 4" shackle flip (cost $185.00 new)
extended shackle (cost $65 new)
Alcan 57" springs that move the axle back 3" (cost $405 new)
Greasable bolts and poly bushings (cost $75 new)

Everything cost me $730 without shipping.

This combo net's 6" of lift, use the stock shackle and get 4".

If I get half of what I paid for everything, I will be happy. If you have something for trade let me know. Looking for 3/4 or 1 ton axle combo's, h1 wheels, 35" or larger tires, fuel cell, heims...let me know you are looking to get rid of.

Thanks.

Pete.

Will It Fit

I've Got A 69k5 And Thats The Way I Was Thinkin Of Going . Shackel Flip 6in You Think Shipping To Calif Is Worth The Price ? I Also Don't Know Much About Springs I'm Just Learning .what Does Moving Back 3 In Do. Or Is That Some Thing I Should Know. Price Sounds Close To My Budget

Forgot...the spring pack has an 8 degree bolt on shim too...for a CV driveshaft application.

I don't think the flip kit will work on your truck, from what I remember, the first gen k5 frame rail in the rear is not as tall. I think is would be definitely worth the money if it would fit on your truck. Moving the axle back will help with your departure angle.

Is there any chance there is a part number on the flip. ORD's part # for my truck is gu28010. also just to let u know I'm not in a big hurry. I still have to finish installing floor pans-rockers before I even get to taking the tub off the frame so I'm checking options and starting to stock pile parts.

thanks for being pacient
chris

you willing to seperate or package only? im interested in the alcans.

I might be interested in the rest of the parts (minus the springs) if you are willing to sperate them, do you have any pics of the parts for sale? I'm just curious as to condition etc.

What would you ask for everything minus the springs?
