Fender Cut-outs

Anyone ever use bushwacker cut-out? Here in Washington St. the powers that be are real keen on keeping your tires covered,flairs,flaps and such.Are they easy to install without messing up so bad you have to replace a fender?How much of the fender gets cut out?Have to cover 40 somethings,and don't want to spend good beer money on tickets... /forums/images/graemlins/ears.gif /forums/images/graemlins/usaflag.gif

I just tell them "They're my trail tires" and that the only time they're on the truck is to and from the trail. /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif That's worked for me a couple of times now (in WA state anyways).

If I was gonna run flares I'd run these:
