i cut my fenders today. i have 33's on and no sway bar and my tires rub not no more. i put my friends 37's on and had plenty of room for bigger tires

I dont know what you are talking about, I see pictures.

If I were you I would cut the bottom of the front off as high as you can with out chopping the inner
 
37's on a 4" lift fit without too much trimming.

Its really when you get to 40"+ tires that you have to ditch the inner fenders, move the front axle forward, cut a ton more, etc. to get the tires to fit without lifting the truck a mile in the air.
 
I just cut mine more this weekend. I used yunit's diagram. I was able to bolt the inner fender back in with the front and rear bolts. With a little hammering I think it'll work pretty good.

i like the look but need to keep my inners, you have a pic w/this cut and inners installed?

I'll snap one tonight but I doubt I'll be able to upload it until tomorrow. Right now the whole inner fender is in. I'm gonna see if I want to trim some off the gede and then try to put some more bolts in it.
 
Ok here's the front driver's side. I tried to get a close up so u can see then inner fender in there.

Here's the rear. If I could go back, I would round the corners a little differently to block that inner seam.
