Did a body swap awhile ago and didn't bother to put the fender seals on --oops! -- those big vertical things that bolt onto the back part of the under-side of each front fender.
Can anyone please tell me what they're for exactly and should I be worried about it??
TIA,
Jason

They're to keep the mud and junk from getting flung up into the body. If you drive on salt infested roads or do alot of mudding you might want to put them back on.

you still have inner fenders?!...
i dont. they just keep your truck's engine compartment cleaner. if you dont rtv your dist. cap, and have a nice air cleaner and Crank case breather then keep your inner fenders.

Be a real pain to put 'em on, though. From what I remember I'd have to remove both fenders to do it.
