My answer... sort of. Iirc, I backed off the measurements just a hair so I could retain the upper horizontal row of fender liner bolt holes. With the Yunit cut you can't run the liners at all so I didn't go quite as high.
What basically did was follow the lines of the factory lip / flare on the upper 1/3 to cut out the lip and then extend the downward lines outward from center to open the wheelwell more. I think I used an old coffee can to trace a smooth radius on the upper corners, everything was cut free hand with a die grinder. The down side is the lower rear of the fender is loose so while it doesn't flap around like it's going to fall off it isn't rigid like stock.
