Howdy. New to the site, Sorry if this is has been posted about a million times, but can anyone post pictures of their fender trimming jobs, or point me to the thread where it's discussed? Thanks!

Here are a few. I cut up some brand new fenders right before I painted it in 1999. I had never seen any cut fenders before, so I did'nt know how to do it. This is probably not the correct way of doing it though. There are a lot of people here who have done it though. Good luck.

there's more pics of mine in my build thread linked in my sig... post #1921+

Here are some pics of mine. The finished pic is the best I have. I had to cut up another body for the fill pieces.

The rears were raised 3" and the rear section was moved back 8" to center the wheel since I reversed the 56" springs. You can see that I also had to move the rear half of the wheel tubs back also. The gas filler is now about where the light spot is just forward of the taillight, above the body line.

I never got any construction pics of the fronts, but they were moved up 1.5", the rear section went back 6" and the front section went forward 3-3.5". I changed the marker to the vertical, 70's style. The inside of the fender has not been finished and I've already started tearing them up:doah:
