As far as the radiator, is the 350 radiator just not up to the task? Like I said I got a taurus electric fan I can run in conjunction with the engine clutch style fan to keep things cool if neccesary.
The radiator may well be too small. Might as well give it a try however, I don't think running two fan setups is gona do much for ya. You can only pull so much air through and after that it becomes a matter of not enough tube surface for heat exchange. More tubes or aluminum! A diesel radiator will be a good bolt in deal.
