So for the last week and a half or so I have been gone to South Dakota. Went wheeling with a couple local guys and 3 other guys from my club.
Todd Zick from Z Fab Off Road was kind enough to show us around, great guy.
We ran several sections on Hal Johns on the first day, Calamity on the next day. Sight seeing for a couple days than came back and ran Full Size and Kong. Last day we ran some more sections on Hal Johns.
Everyone we met on the trail was really cool. The wheeling out there is awesome I will defiantly be going back
Heres the pics I will get some more up along with some sight seeing pics of Mt. Rushmore and a couple other things later
Just really like this pic of Horton
Got to show off the flex a little bit
The sqeeze on Hal Johns trail very very tight, tight enough I am just a bit narrower now
The waterfall on Hal Johns has changed somewhat, there is a large rock in the bottom of it that makes it dang near impossible for trucks to get lined up on it. Well I have been seeing pics of it for years and wanted to try to do it. I had to crawl up on the rock somewhat to even get my front tires on the water fall. When my front started to climb my slider hung up on the rock and pivoted my whole truck around. With my tires turned to full lock and trying to climb without pivoting any more a front axle popped. Well this is the result of that. It took 4 winches and one anchor rig to get me out of this situation. Not sure how much time it took but it was a while.
The wheeling there was awesome, I need to figure out how to make my truck narrower but retain the chevy look

And that new winch looks good on there. Glad you had fun! Now get down here with some tools to and a day to help me rebuild a tranny.
Took me 20 minutes to find the bolts that hold the TC to the adapter under all the grease that has accumulated.
