I know about the looks.

When I take my daughter to dance class in my Jimmy (nothing crazy at all 6" lift and 35s) I am surrounded by nice burbs and mini vans. The looks I got at first were interesting. I think they have gotten used to it now though

Yea I love picking up my daughter in my 72, especially when everyone thinks its ok to park in the loading zone. One maybe two blips from the throttle and its amazing how quick they move their bmws and benzs when they think a big redneck is gonna run over them!

Must be one of these:

1) Not street legal
2) No back seat?
3) Afraid of mommy griping about kids in the cold wind.
4) Low on gas
