I tried what ryoken said and had to go a few more clicks to get it to shift correctly. The best way I found After the cable is adjusted the approximate shift points should be 15 to 18, 25 to 30 and 40 to 50 MPH at very light throttle depending on tire size and axle ratio. From link

Its not your your TV cable!!!! Its a valve that controles 4th to 3rd shifts.
The B&M kickdown kit Summit part number 70237. Eliminates part throttle forth to third downshifts. I was going through a 700r4 a year towing my 33ft Airstream, Yes In overdrive after putting In one of these. I have about 23,000 miles on it without a problem and the trans Temp. has gone down well towing!!!
Downshift from fourth to third with ease.
These B&M TH700R4 kickdown kits prevent a forced part throttle kickdown from fourth to third gear, to allow cruising at high speeds in overdrive. With the kits installed, the transmission will only kick down from fourth to third at 3/4 throttle.
