I am wondering if I do crossover steering i need a 2wd steering box how I understand it. Well does it matter if i take the steering box off of a 1976 chevy truck and put it on my 86 blazer will this work.

Also i am wondering if it is possible to clock the np205 up until it is above the frame so i cuould run a flat skid plate. Sorry i searched but could not find anything.

Not to sure on the clocking issue as I don't have a 205, but I think you can.


The 2wd box issue, around 1980, the hose fitting change from flare fitting to o-ring fitting, so to put a 76 box on a 86 rig is to use the p/s pump also.
