I have decided to get new shocks, better tires and do a little paint on the baby burb (not a K5 as she sits). 
Paint front bumper black. Add the metal rain deflectors like on my 87. Still have no clue on the high beams. Drove it with high beams on for 32 miles. Started out by pulling hi beams on and then power to lights. Still have to figure that crap out. 
Now if it only had bucket seats
