figuring out gvwr

i got a 93 chevy 1/2 and am wanting to haul some gravel and dont want to over load it. how do i figure out how much wieght the truck can handle? i have the sticker on the door but i dont understand what the 2 sets of numbers mean under each section. thanks, chris

under GVRW the first number is pounds and the second is Kilograms.
