6.4 MPG with a total of $540 in gas

Hitting a deer $500 comp deductible

Sleeping in my own bed, watching DVD's while it's raining, taking a shower and cooking a roast while I am out wheeling Priceless

The only real problem is speed loss up hills. I loose 10+ mph depending on the grade of the hill but other than that you don't even know it's back there. I did install a brake controller which helps a lot. It gets kinda scary over 70 mph due to body roll and god forbid you have a crosswind. I drove it home from ROPR in a storm and I was white knuckled the whole way home from how bad it swayed.

Gas motothomes are fairly reasonable and it doubles as a fun thing for the fmaily to do. Now diesel pushers are a whole different story. There is where the rich relatives come into play

dang that sounds nice, got any interior pictures? i wish i had an rv, i just roll around in filth when im camping on a wheeling trip :eek1:

That is my friends YJ, He had to replace the front clip due to a rollover and he used a CJ front end. He just bought a CUCV and is building a buggy w/ a FI 454 so its all good.

I don't have any pics of the interior but it's pretty nice inside and the back bedroom has a queen size bed and its own AC which was so nice at Disney OK for Memorial day when it was hot and dry/dusty.

The trailer is a 22 foot weighing 2100 pounds.
