great idea I think we need to call john and give him some new install ideas /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

did using that jack warp the insert at all ?

Thanks,
It did but only for a little while. It regaind its form by the time I was putting the rims on the tires.

I'm not sure how wide your rims are but the more width in the rims the more dificult it is to put the insert in. John said 15x10 wide rim was about as much as you can do in a one piece insert. /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif

yep 16.5x10 /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

Is that only 6" springs and a 0-rate in the front? Did you have to move the axle foward to fit the 42's? Love the new double locks! /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif I just got a set of Hutchinson double locks from "Shagnaz" and would like to put some 42" rubber on them but not sure if I can fit them with 6" springs and 1" body with out moving the axle foward. /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

Thanks,
Yep, it has 6" springs + zero rate....moved the axle ahead 1 1/2" also. It has a 2" body lift also. Doesn't need it but it is what I want /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif
